Service

Easy Tourist Fee Calculator helps users prepare CSV files for Mauritius Tourist Fee declarations. The service does not submit returns, make payments, or communicate with MRA on your behalf.

Independent Tool

This service is independent and is not an official Mauritius Revenue Authority service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or operated by MRA.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing generated CSV files, filing returns through the official MRA process, and paying any Tourist Fee due. You should verify all exported data before using it for a declaration.

Subscriptions

Paid plans provide access to additional property limits and continued use after the trial. Current plans are prepaid for 6 or 12 months and are activated after payment is checked and approved manually.

Manual Payment Confirmation

Where payment is made by Juice QR, bank transfer, or another manual method, payment confirmation is normally completed within 24 hours after you submit your payment reference. Temporary review access may be provided while payment is checked.

Unconfirmed Payments

If payment cannot be verified, access to paid features may be paused until payment is confirmed. If you believe payment was made, contact info@easytouristfee.com with your payment reference.

Renewals

Renewals are handled as prepaid access periods. If you renew before your current access period expires, the new period is added from the existing expiry date. If you renew after expiry, the new period starts from the date the payment is approved.

Refunds And Cancellations

You may cancel renewal of a paid plan by contacting support before the next prepaid period begins. Because access is prepaid and made available for the selected subscription period, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by applicable law or where Easy Tourist Fee Calculator agrees otherwise at its discretion.

Trial

The free trial is intended for evaluating the workflow with the stated property limit. We may limit, suspend, or remove trial access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

No Tax Advice

The service is a CSV preparation tool and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Data And Availability

You are responsible for keeping your own records and backups of any information needed for filing or accounting purposes. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or compatibility with every future change to MRA forms or processes.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvement.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect losses, filing penalties, missed deadlines, incorrect entries, failed uploads, or decisions made from unreviewed exported data.
